clan "policies"?

What exactly are they? ive never seen them in a simple digestible form.

I don't like to set things in stone, flexibility is key here!

In general, i'd appreciate more feedback and clan member based initiative. I only have so much time on my hands, hence if there's anything that the clan members would like organised, feel free to get it started!

I run COIL signups and s2uesdays, and also keep track of all the members of CN with their general activity in-game and on forums.

Basically, if there's something you want, why not open up a discussion? The question is will people read it and contribute?

Ikearumba, some things should be flexible, but others should be more "fluidic", we need to commit to certain things don't we? Can we have a deputy clan leader?

At the moment the structure is:

Leader : Ikearumba
Officers : Taawus, Veile
Members : Everyone else

I'd be more than willing to name another officer post if someone wants it, to help get more things sorted out!

i dont want pwner to be officier of clan. he is really mean and childish.. (rage on public etc..)

i like Ikea, velle, taawus and think before seting new post we should vote or something, couse i am against silly person..

I don't rage i reason maybe the two look similier to the bronze age mind. I don't really want to be ikeas Deputy anyway, i just want one in place so that we have a person to turn to if we don't got ikea.

Also don't ikea need a relief? why not. Who is dependable who can help?

I think it would be good if everybody helped in someway, unless they're really busy, e.g work and real life commitments (HYP, galadon etc.)

I don't mind helping in some way as at the moment i'm not very busy. (apart from tuesdays )
