Update : Motley Crew have offered to fight us, i've suggested 1700GMT.

Now that it's more flexible and unnofficial i can come as long as i can leave at 9pm UK time, as i have to go out

SoN also want a friendly Clan War, i've asked for about 1900GMT!

I'm still 80% for coming along, will know for sure on saturday. Think i'm actually more useful on the field to you guys these days though, so if I do make it ill head into the front lines!

Added in roles.

Basically Defence squad fights people off our expansions and pushes onto their expansions.

Offence squad pushes at weak points and drops timely portals. Offence squad members push back if needed on defence, then come into the portal when requested.

Sound good?

You yellows try and come along anyway, as it's a friendly the more players the better! (if either of them get 9 or 10, we can do 9v9 or 10v10)

defence SF: 155, 112, 140

The offence should always be higher than the defence, as the defence can spawn again from the sub/gar and fight again.


The offence more rely on portals/rez trinkets/surviving, so should have more of an impact

Also, the two other offensive squad members can be emergency backup for the defence squad.

We can switcheroo for the second game if it doesn't work out, see what works best

you are right, but if oponent will do the same, that their best players will be in offensive squad.. then our: 155, 112, 140 will fight 170, 215, 185 and it will be stacked for them..


i think most safe strategy is to start with balanced squads, and during game (after nex or sanct is built) move 3 best players in one offensive squad and then atack hard..

Aha, but they might think that and make balanced squads, in which case we need a strong squad on offence to defeat the balanced squad!

You see my point on double guessing? In the end if the defence squad are getting owned then the offence squad can relocate or we can reshuffle.

Balanced squads are fine, but then it's not a defence and offence squad, then its two squads waiting for order.

Both are fine, as long as we know before we begin
