| Way I see it at the moment: Ikearumba - head honcho, has veto power if needed, final word on recruitment etc Capo's - Taawus, Shmekerashu, Yoshi, Eragom - Organise CW's and push for people to come to practices, moderate forums, make requests of leader if needed. Soldiers - The rest, give feedback on what they want to do/what they want seen/ideas etc and come to CW's and practices to play  | |
