admin?......this is a bug or wtf?:((

i understood from taawus that i can do "admin things" if i log in on http://savage2clans.com
well, there is a prob....when i log in (in the top of the screen or in the left of the screen), it shows me the form to create a clan, but no clan administration or shits like this.....so, is this a bug or why doesn't it work?

and if i go to http://carpenoctem.savage2clans.com and i try to log in, it tells me: "Invalid account type"......and this is the 2nd prob, and i ask u the same question as be4.....is this a bug or why doesn't it work?
